Stars Castles Mountains

 For the past three years, gourmet enthusiasts have enjoyed the Gourmet Event “Stars Castles Mountains” that takes place every year in Merano. Haute cuisine, historic places and traditional Alpine pastoral huts are the main elements which make up this unique event, which will be held on specific evenings from May to October and which attracts visitors both locally and from abroad.

Highlights of the event include gala dinners to be held at two different historic castles in Merano and Environs, where Michelin-star chefs will treat guests to innovative dishes made from traditional local South Tyrolean products. A new addition within the framework of the event “Stars Castles Mountains” is a dinner held in the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle, where true culinary delights can be enjoyed in a most relaxed atmosphere. Haute cuisine in a refined and pleasant atmosphere with musical entertainment will be the highlights of this extraordinary evening in one of the most beautiful gardens in Europe.
